5.Can I receive logistics tracking information for my order?
Yes, we only use trackable courier services. The shipping notification email contains a link to the order status page, where you can check the real-time logistics status of your order.

International shipping: Different logistics providers handle different country segments, so there may be delays in information updates.
Weekends / Holidays: Logistics processing and information updates will be slowed down.
